The More You Know...

So the object of the game in this thread is to present and/or discredit/credit a spy rumor - with screenies, video, or simply the brute force of your reputation. While other classes are welcome to contribute their own questions/rumors/discrediting, I'd like these to pertain in some way to spies. Whether it's about cloaking or revolver crits or height advantage (don't say leapstab or GMan will gut you,)

I don't have any proof handy (but I do have a beret), but it's a known tenet among even many beginning spies that if you cloak and then disguise, your smoke should be invisible. I believe experienced spies will back me up on this assertion. The smoke presence is sometimes debated due to the fact that - to spectators or demos (the video, not the class) - smoke will still be visible when the spy cloaks beforehand.

My question: I read this somewhere, and it sure doesn't sound true to me. Is it true? Or just a misinformed spy guide?
With your sapper out and trained on your target object, a white outline of the sapper is displayed on the object. Bear in mind that this is visible not only to you, but to everyone present. Place your sapper and put it away quickly to avoid attention.
(emphasis mine)

The smoke can stay around after you go inviso, i usually wait a second if not more before going inviso.  I think its a graphics glitch and thats why at times the smoke will stay around you even when inviso.  It happenes from time to time but not everytime, hence why i say its a glitch.  The smoke should just be removed imo.

The sapper outline is visable only to you and not anyone else, i've never seen it displayed on my screen when watching an enemy or friendly spy sap a building.  This one is completely false.

I'm pretty sure this is false. Only you can see the outline with your sapper out.

However, I have seen the game freak out and keep an outline on a sentry after it had been placed and knocked off, causing the game to act like a sapper is on the sentry still (and ends up being unremovable). This seems like an inadvertant glitch, and happens rarely.

If you disguise first and then cloak, the smoke will be fully visible to everyone. If you cloak first and then disguise, it won't. Case closed.

Nobody else has a spy rumor to pass along?

TRUE OR FALSE
Blood flies out anytime an enemy hits you while disguised - it's just that the amount of blood is so small and difficult to see that it often appears as if you are not taking damage. (at least it's not like in TFC, where you would grunt anytime you got shot, even while disguised)

True or false the spy's revolver is as accurate as the engineer/scout gun.

False. No blood shows. I have enough experience and hours played as engineer to know a spy does not bleed when I'm attacking them.

True or false- In an enemy disguise, if an enemy medic heals you, your fake health increases. If you cloak after getting healed, remain in the same disguise, then uncloak, is your fake health still 100%?
