NATO members - READ THIS POST

Hey guys,

We need to all decide where we want to go with NATO. I've noticed that we've had a hard time getting organized since the holiday break. Practice attendance has been pretty low (including myself, sorry about that last practice!), and I know that at least one of our regulars (Fluffy) is going to be out of commission for awhile with computer problems. I myself have a hard time carving out my schedule on the weekend.

So, what we need to discuss is the following:

1) Do we want to keep NATO around, but only as a casual thing, with fewer practices (maybe only 1-2 times a month, with an occasional scrim if we can get one)?

2) Do we want to just dissolve NATO entirely? I know that most of the other sub-teams that spawned around the time we did, such as WHoL, are no longer around.

3) Do we want to continue playing as we have been, with more people committing to showing up on a regular basis?

4) Do we want to try and get more scheduled scrims, so that our practices actually matter? If so, does someone want to volunteer to be the match scheduler? I've been having a hard time getting scrims for us, so I'd welcome any assistance in this.

Well, as for me, I would happily continue to participate any possible action along with NATO...

I'm also finding it hard to make matches.

yea he says they have around 8 regualars i have him on steam when we finnally get some dates together im thinking a sunday befor the pug sort of time.

Yeah we have got enough people but they said they can't do it this week most likely, and it's ({TU}) btw

I am all for keeping things going.  Now that my show is over and I have a life back I should be more available.  I enjoy the early weekend morning play sessions.

Even though I'm not officially part of NATO I still love going to practices, and I'd feel very bad if this turned into a very small thing. I'd feel even worse if it dissolved completely. I'm not sure if anyone else is here with me, but I believe NATO should mean something to those who hear it. Scrims should be organized and a more competitive mood should come into light.

This is my honest opinion, and obviously this is not as realistic as most, so I'll just leave it here to rest. If NATO became a more competitive clan then I'm sure we'd have fun. Competition is always fun.

EDIT: I believe Lead Face would make a good Scrim co-ordinator because I've seen him pull scrims out of his ass 15 minutes after deciding he wants to scrim. He's a scrim finder "like no other"...
