Practice time again, kiddies. This week we're meeting on Saturday, 2pm GMT (that's 9am EST for you Northern American folks out there).

Maps: Turbine and Dustbowl

Rather than just run what is essentially a intra-squad scrim, I want to work on particular strategies with these two maps. We'll be slowing gameplay down and talking about common game situations and how to get past them (i.e. chokepoints in Dustbowl, how to work together to break past defenses in Dustbowl, use of the spy in Turbine).

Another topic of discussion will be our possible involvement in the ETF2L european league this winter.

As the designated Strategy Person, I'm hoping you'll cover that, Cas. I rely on your superior tactical mind to help guide us through good tips and tricks for both these maps.

Honest opinion, from watching euro leagues, the maps i always end  up spectating is badlands/granary. I dont think youll be seeing too much dustbowl .

I believe etf2l allows each team to pick one map and the league picks the tie breaker map, in that case, find one map youre really good at, and get better at it

this is the euro "gossip" website run by imperial's nub on a mission (from renegades team) http://gossip.krus.dk/
if you look at all the matches, gpit granary badlands well turbine are the most common ones

good luck, have fun, if im awake that early ill spectate while eating my froot loops. and add my EXPERT advice

Thanks for the map tip, Fan. We've done a lot of Gravelpit, so I feel okay with our team on that map (just played it two weeks in a row!). If people want, we won't dwell on Dustbowl too long - we can take a look at Badlands too.

We'd love to have your advice, if you come to practice. But NO DONKEY TALK.

Point taken about Badlands. Okay, we'll do Badlands instead of Dustbowl.
