NEKPED's demos...

Sometimes the best lessons are learned through example and not pen & paper. I am making a series of Demos on particularly Heavy-friendly maps for anyone who wants to know more about the essence of the class and it's playstyle.

I found this demo of Fastlane (link above) exudes a number of lessons, which include:

-Effectively DM'ing Heavies
-Target Priority
-Sniper awareness & evasion
-Keeping your cool when in the Pyro "comfort zone"
-Penalties for being greedy. (IE: you get railed by a Scout.)
-Penalties for not being aware of your Medic. (IE: he gets railed by a Scout.)
-There is also an especially funny moment at the 9 minute mark where I am disconnected from the Server because my ethernet cord was yanked out of the router accidentally. I do manage to get to the router and reconnect it before the 25 second disconnect timer ended. The best part was: no one killed me during limbo.

Moses is a nerd scout.

On a lighter note, I will take requests for any popular custom or stock map on the server for Heavy demos.

This'll be cool. Haven't seen a heavy "instructional" yet, so this should be entertaining.
Also, what loadout will you be using (not on my desktop w/ steam so no demos for me)

Loadout is old school: Sascha + Shotgun + Fists.

Natascha is garbage

Where do you save demo's and how do you acess them ingame?

You save them to your tf folder under C:/ Program files/ Steam/ Steam apps/ Your username/ teamfortress2/ tf.

You might also want to enable the console by ticking it in the Options menu first.
