Need Ability To Link To Individual Posts

Quite a few times recently I've found the need to be able to link back to a specific post I made instead of telling the poster "go to this link and read the 4th post from the top." Would love to be able to link to an individual post.

at the top left corner of all posts there is a # sign. right click>copy link location

Its a good representation if you know html Perhaps it could be as a small image with a hyperlink icon.

as a forum goer, ive found it common to just have a small little icon in the top left of a post which is a link to that post.
So for this website i didnt even have to look, i just knew thats what it was. Easy peasy.

Some forums make this feature more obvious than others. Usually a page icon in the top left corner [phpbb] or the post # in the top right [vBulletin] that hold the "permalink" to that post.

My vote would be to add the post number to increase its visibility.  I've seen some go as far as to add a parenthesized permalink link after the post-count  [ ex. # 223 (permalink) ], but I'd say that's a little over kill.

I think instead of # (which I never noticed), we should have it numbered to make it more obvious. Like #1, #2, #3 for example.
