These commands work on all servers:
sv_alltalk 1 or 0 - Toggles if both teams can hear eachother speak on the microphone.
sv_gravity "AMOUNT" - Changes the gravity of the server.
sv_ff 1 or 0 - Toggles if people on the same team can inflict damage on eachother.
sv_lan 1 or 0 - Toggles if the server is shown on the internet or lan server list.
sv_ban "PLAYER" - Bans a player from the server.
sv_kick "PLAYER" - Kicks a player from the server.
These commands will only work if you have Source Mod installed on your server:
sm_say MESSAGE - Sends a message to all players on the server. You don't have to use quotes for this.
sm_vote "Question" "Answer" "Answer" "Answer" - Creates a custom vote. You can have up to 5 answers.
sm_votealltalk - Creates a vote for all talk.
sm_voteff - Creates a vote for friendly fire.
