It's called, "tf_spy_diplomacy.png" Unless the image names are made to mislead, it doesn't have to do with weapons.

Well, there is something that may be a hint. Take a look at the Day 3 (Razorback) update and look close at the revolver at the ground, the colors don't really match that of the revolver; that may be the new revolver loadout we're eagerly waiting for news on.

Looks like the same gun only with different lighting. The only possibility would be a S&Weston wild west style revolver, but it looks like just a trick of the lighting.
