I've got a pair of circumaural Fa1ality headphones w/ sound canceling mic. Nice fit, good bass, directionality is good...
$50 though.
Still, if you want good, spend around $30 to $50. Anything more, and you're looking at studio quality and up. Which may be what you're after, I'm not really one to say against 'em, but more than $50-$70 is getting into audiophile-island.
Oh, and try to get something with actual audio plugs, rather than something USB. Harder to break, a little less susceptible to line noise... Plus, I like to think it sounds nicer.
