New Quest: BB and Flaregun

Stupid motherfucking + sign, wtf?!

So I've always been a believer that a good Pyro should know how and when to use each of the weapons available to him to maximize his efficiency. Lately though, I've been using Flamethrower/Shotty/Axestinguisher exclusively. I feel I need to start making more use of the Backburner and Flaregun in order to get back to my roots as a good Pyro. I used it seriously today for the first time since the great nerf and I dominated with both weapons.

I think I'm pretty good when I want to be with the Flamethrower and Shotty. However, due to the Airblast I've felt it's too easy for me to completely shutdown most challenges that I'm faced with. I don't think it's a flaw in the weapon but more due to my confidence and comfort with the class and the incompetence of my opponents.

So now we have a promising up and comer with the Pyro class using the Backburner exclusively. He goes by the name of Buick and I must admit I'm impressed with his work. It's classy, daedly, and full of dirty sex. It's time though, to put him in his place and show him how things are ran in this neck of the woods. That is why from here on out I'm going to be using Backburner and Flaregun only in attempt to knock Buick off the top spot in the BB stats. He's been oppressing and having his fun unchallenged for long enough.

At the same time I'm going to do what no man has dared to even think and take the title of KingPyro away from our own BOOSH Rizzilio. That's right, I am running for KingPyro in 09'. I don't know how I'm going to do this or at what point it is considered acheived because there is currently no criteria for King. I figure the best way is to master the BB/Flare combo. It's going to take some time but I will achieve KingPyro.

Also, I think that, even though the power of the BB is just givin to you, mastering it can be very difficult

It's also the better choice for annoying your enemies, I hate getting Scruburnt by the Scrubburner, so frustrating, yet so fun when I do it

A Flare Gun tactic I thought of was using it in combination with the new axe. You could light them from a medium distance then by the time you get to them, you’ll be ready to swing. Not sure how well this could work, though.

The BB, however is self explanatory and powerful.

The amount of ON that is it cannot be expressed with proper grammar.

We call it the Flames of Fury Challenge.
Only 1 Pyro may challenge the King at a time.
A challenge may only be made after 30 days from the last challenge.
The King chooses the challenger if multiple challenges are proposed.
The King must choose a formidable opponent who mains Pyro.
After a challenger is selected, the challenge must take place within 15 days or the King forfiets.
KingPyro gets a cool forum badge for the entirety of his rule.
If both Pyros die, only first kill is awarded a point, because suiciding is a tactic.
