I'm excited about the wiimote adapter and wii sports resort.  Looks like you can actually feel like you're doing something, instead of just triggering it.

Animal crossing City Folk looks great, the gamecube version was addictive as hell.  And the Wiispeak thing looks like a great addition.

I was disappointed when there was no new Zelda announcement >.<  Next year.

I got Animal Crossing: Wild World recently. I seem to work on it more on my DS, although it has been screwing up my clock (I'm trying to plant flowers EVERYWHERE. I do not have a steady supply in just one day, so DAYSTEROIDZTEIM). I wasn't even aware they had one coming out for the Wii. I MUST TRY IT.

If they remake Zelda one more time I will cry.

IDK, besides all the shovelware on the Wii, the 1st-Party games seem like the only good ones.

QFT. As much as I enjoy the Wii, this is pretty true. I'm not saying that Nintendo may not reveal a big game later this week. When the Wii was first announce, they annouced Brawl a few days after the press conference. There may be hope for some slim hope for a big name title.

I honestly don't get why we haven't seen a really big 3rd party title for the Wii.  The Wii is selling like cupcakes(I really like cupcakes) and the there is so many cool tools like the Wiimote and Balance Boards.

Hmm, Brawl pwns, but even Mario Kart fails.
The only bad thing about the Wii that fails so bad that i cry at night to my mo... *ahem*
is that the actual Wiimote is imprecise and is better to use a regular controller.
I actually prefer to play my 360 and PS3 more than the WIi, and even then just play TF2 on the PC.

I wish Nintendo would stuff it and actually make use of the super fantastical awesomeness of the Wiimote's motion-sensory controls.
I'll give it that Prince of Persia: Rival Swords was fun (until I got stuck on this SUPER ANN- one part).

I want to see fun, interactive games.
It's like WarioWare, repeatedly killing itself.
I'm just getting into the game, having fun and losing myself in a reflex-testing game... when I find that I missed one life because the motion-sensory controls didn't read in my bar.

Third parties aren't giving the control scheme a chance, or they're busy cashing in on the other consoles.

Really, although the console just BEGS for it, do you see FPS games being developed for it?

No, because the online scheme for the Wii sucks major donkey [censored]. If a third party dev could get the green light fron Nintendo to break away from the clunky friends code system and set up their own hub for their game, there might be more titles forthcoming. For now, the only FPS coming up is the newest installment of Call of Duty. :/

Red Steel sounds like a good interface, but its actually much harder than it seems.  Due to the inaccuracy of the Wiimote, it is very hard to pull off anything resembling good shooting.  The Wii Zapper addon helps, but the inherent poorness of the system gets in the way of truly un-assisted headshots.

Anyone here played that stupid little shooting game that comes free with the Wii Zapper?

You guys know what I mean.
