I had already seen this before, but had everything else seemed realistic, and there was no spoiler in the footer, then all I would have to do is look at the achievement:

"Instant Kill - Kill 15 enemies with just a single blast from your scattergun"

If that and any of the achievements wouldn't have given it away that this is completely fake, then I don't know what would.
