PS3 version better than Xbox 360

I just bought the xbox 360 version of the orange box. only $20 and I finally broke down and subscribed to xbox LIVE. I'm preparing for the "massive" update. I've really enjoyed the ps3 version for the last year or so. BUT, I'm extremely dissapointed in the xbox 360 version. after trying to play over several days, I could not get a good connection. The frame rates are erratic and choppy compared to ps3 online. I thought it would be the other way around. And I realize I like the way the ps3 controller feels by comparison. I'm connected to both machines in with high speed cable so with all things being equal, the xbox 360 version is nearly unplayable. Too bad Valve can't find a way to develop for the ps3 simultaneously. Has anyone else had this experience? Maybe there's just something temporarily up with the xbox tf2 servers recently?

I played the 360 for a good 9 months and there would occasionally be problems with the connection. It's simple though, if someone can't host and tries to host, then the game will be laggy.

Visit the xbox forums and find the orange box forums, there will be a list of people who can host. Also, you will probably be able to find people to play with. A good way to make some quick friends.

Interesting you say that. My ps3 version of the orange box been laggy for the past two weeks. Going to try again today hopefully its not laggy. Xbox version i have been having no issues with. The only thing of late thats been bothersome are those who keep playing Low gravity games those get annoying over time. Also i wish i could use my 360 controller on the PS3 to play the box haha i perfer the 360 controller.

If your computer can handle it, you should invest in the PC version.  No sitting around waiting for update you have to pay for!

I know Big Lou waiting for Christmas haha. IF not i might just have to partition my MAC and play it off of there.
