Plans For Pyro Update Today

As many of you know, the amazing Pyro update is being released later today so I thought I'd fill you in on some of my plans for the servers.

-Currently our servers seem to be delisted from both the custom and internet tabs on Steam, the reason for this is unknown at this time, however we have a backup plan in order to be relisted! I will get a new set of IPs for all of our servers if the delisting cannot be reversed. I understand it will be a pain in the ass for those who are already used to our IPs, but I have a solution to that as well. As soon as we get our new IPs, we will be using subdomain redirects from now own to share our IPs, so instead of the typical IP string, it will be s1.tf2f.com and so on.

-Considering the two new "official" maps in the update include one we've always played, turbine, and one we haven't seen on our servers, I will be making server 1 24/7 Fastlane for at least a week in order for our community to familiarize themselves with this new map.

-Many people are worried of a pyro nub rush, but considering we did not have such an issue with the Medic pack release I don't think it's anything to worry about. However, if this becomes a major problem, I will consider putting a reasonable player limit on the Pyro. Remember, our servers aren't for achievement farming!

1:15 Eastern, no pyro update yet.  I'm not worried about it being released around 3 or 4, like the updates have been recently.

Well if they come out at 11 am pacific time it'll be one pm central and two pm eastern.  So hopefully about another 45 minutes and we will bask in the glorious pyo updates.
