Not Yet Rated Pledge to refrain from grinding

By grinding or cheating I mean playing outside a normal server with the "intention" of getting weird achievements. So no setting up bots or you and a friend go underwater and heal each other overnight. This doesn't mean that you can't suggest a scout go bat everyone while you uber him, if its against real competition its totally legit. Also if you do play a "non-standard game" and you get heal points of course thats allowed as long as it's not the purpose of the game. This group is not about rubbing our noses at those who didn't do it our way, instead its about a commitment to unlock everything the way it's meant to be unlocked. EDIT: if anyone who signs up wants out, just edit your post and say so. (I might have to do this myself in a month or two) So here's the pledge I pledge to refrain from grinding my medic achievements or to help those who seek to do so. Swirsky_Zhuko Also if anyone has any constructive comments about this tell me and I will refine my post.

I don't want to spend hours trying to get them. It's sad when you're forced to GRIND in an FPS game. But i'm gonna do it, because 10 million is a ridiculous amount.

EDIT: I will admit there is a little bit of the soap box element involved.

How far out of the "everyday" way counts as grinding, really. If all you're referring to is healing, that's just one of many achievements to gain. Some players have been playing Medic more often since the update was announced; Could this perhaps be considered grinding. Maybe, maybe not. On another note, I read a few places that there may be alternative means to acquiring achievements. I've no idea what this could mean Time will tell.
