Was wondering how people would act in a situation like this:

suppose in 10 minutes  of dustpit 3 or goldrush 3 one medic on red scores around 35 points and the other second medic of red has 25, and blue team has more medics than red and are about half way between spawn and the end... how reliable is the 10 points difference in scores at judging which medic is more worth their team member slot? Could it be that one medic is just spamming ubers consistently but the other is been reserved with them in case blue decides to go on a bum rush uber charge and knock red all the way back to spawn, hopefully uberless?

Not even remotely a reliable indicator.

You have to take in all the different factors like the different playstyles they might have or the tactics the blu team is useing. so I say unreliable

Points are a bad way to indicate any sort of skill. As an engineer I can score very poorly, but sometimes my mere presence on CTF maps prevents innumerable spy and scout caps. Few points to my name, but I have helped my team win.

(Yes, a solider with 200 points is probably half-way decent, but in general points are not an ideal skill indicator)

There's no underlying easy answer to who is a worthy Medic.  It's all about who helps their team win no matter what the need.

Not really.  For example, if a Medic saved the life of a player who ended up killing 6 people that round after that point, he would have many more points than the Medic who saved him, but it was the Medic who ensured the player stayed alive enough to have done so.  Likewise can be held true if an Engineer replenished ammo for a Heavy, or Sniper killed a Spy who was about or backstab teammates, etc.
