Portal Help

Hey, I'm stuck on this bit in portal, It's just after that Robot says I'm goign to kill you now or sumin and the thing pops up when you press the button and starts launchign rockets at you. Now i've got it to shoot the other glass and i've walked into the next room and there's an arrow on the wall telling you to get into the vent but i dont know how to get in!!. There's no way i can portal into it or put a portal oposite the vent and chump into it. I've tried standing on a chair but no luck :/

Create an exit next to the vent.

Go into the room with the gun, and make entrance Portals underneath every chair and computer you can find.

Go back to the exit, where all these objects will be waiting, stack them well, then "jump,jump,jump,crouch-jump" into the vent.

that one is tricky. you have got get yourself something you can jump on and then duckjump into the vent. i for myself have used a computer... but any bigger object will do...

It's not as tricky as that at all.
Simply shoot the tube and get a cube....

You're supposed to use a rocket to bust open the tube above to get a cube. The same way you broke the glass.

@the last two - yeah, that's what I did.

And if you get the Zero-G boots in Section B of the 6th test chamber, you can just float up into it with the 5 seconds of weightlessness you get from them.

Be careful though... there are tons of snarks on the other side of the vent.

I just grabbed a chair and jumped into the vent.
