Post Your Advice on Getting Any or All of the Medic Achivements (In normal games)

I don't have much to say, as I just recently got the Blutsaugher.  But I would like to comment that with the heal one-million, you don't need to grind.  Just play Medic and it'll come along on it's own in approximately 40 hours or less if you're a semi-decent Medic.  Also, Trauma Queen is MUCH easier than it looks.  If you're playing an offensive Medic on Goldrush, you can get it without even going for it.  Then a note about the achivement where you score the highest in a single round on a team of 6 or more.  A semi-teamstacked 24/7 2Fort server is probably the best place for this.  Another note: Alot of the achivements are quite a bit easier with the Kritzkreig.  This is not a personal experience; unless you count being 1-hit killed with critrockets.

Please post your own comments about getting the achivements; just some stratagies for the communities.

For second opinion have 2 people stand next to each other, then pop the uber and start clicking between each other crazy fast, that's how I did it after SEVERAL normal gameplay attempts, maybe it was lag, maybe I'm a noob, maybe it's damn hard hehe.

Not that I don't like achievements... they'd be a blast if I felt I didn't /have/ to do them.

Trauma queen and second opinion are very easy,

i got both of them in one round of goldrush, on the defence.

also got midwife crisis there, and triage, and some others.

For First do no harm do assist kills count against you?

Also, for some reason the update restarted my head of the class and world traveler achievements.

Most of them are quite simply to get, or you might just get them without realising,  so the best way is to simply play medic normally until you are pretty sure you have gotten all the achievements you can, by not adjusting at all.

To get all the achivements without someone to cooperate with seems to be almost impossible,
You have to use either a microphone or the ingame chat.

As an example, you should probably have to wait for a veeery long time before you uber a heavy and he just happens to punch two people..

Even the very easy Trauma queen achivement was hard enough for me to get this way, since the noobs I was ubering couldn't kill 5 people..

I think it is not totally unethical to farm some of theachivemants on private servers with friends. Sure, its lame, but on the other hand you dont destroy the game for anyone else while doing it.
I got my Peer Review achivement purely on public servers and felt a bilt guilty while I was doing it. I got a lot of comments like "useless f-ng medic", "Our medics are nooobs" and so on..
As a medic it is very important for you to survive to help your team. Therefore it is usually a very stupid idea to do some kamikaze with your bonesaw.
However, it was not that hard to get this achivement. I remember one time on Granary when the enemy team had 4 medics healing one heavy and attacking a cap. The didnt look behind them much and I got them all...

All the achievements can be done within normal play, except (imo) Big Pharma and Blunt Trauma. The roundlimit is just to short on the regular maps to accompany your heavy with 20 kills. Maps like dm_duel make these achievements look easy though.
