Pre-round PUG ragequitting

I honestly think this needs to be addressed.

I don't know what the big deal is. Exploring the map? Go into spectator mode. Create your own game or join one and explore it on your own then join after (we won't start without you). Those are two perfectly good ways you can explore the map undisturbed. If you insist on joining, be a scout running around with a bat and tell everyone not to kill scouts with bats. Heck, find out what maps we're playing and explore them as much as you want before the match so you can join in the killing.

Anyways, to my point, we had someone ragequit over pre-round killing. Pre-round killing is NOT that big of a deal, but when you leave your team a person short, thats a huge deal, since now we have to wait for either you to come back or find someone to replace you. If you went into the vent channel and got picked for a team, that means you're ready to play. This isn't some pub server where if you don't like the way things are going you quit. It's absolutely unacceptable. Really, if most people like to kill each other before the round starts, then that is what we will do while waiting. We're not going to all stop just because one person can't wait in spectator mode or can't deal with a few kills that don't matter at all.

He didn't ragequit.... He had to restart his computer! we thought he did, because he didn't tell us, but he came back. Also, we asked your team a lot of times to stop killing us, but yet you continued. If  people need to learn the map, just let them!

Regardless, I think we had someone ragequit in a previous pug over pre-round killing.

Are you guys saying that the guy that is ragequitting is getting blamed, because some retard likes to EXPLOIT the game? Doesn't make sense to me.
