Are you using a custom crosshair at all?

If it's the black and pink checkerboard, the game is trying to load a texture that isn't there. Try going to the options and setting your crosshair to something different.

Jager Zero TF is not like CS you can change the crosshair

and im2cool4u i installed it right now and i dont change nothing in the game

Jager is right, the black and purple that is sign that TF2 is calling a texture that if can't find. It is a place holder so the whole game doesn't crash.
Just have the game verify the cache, if that doesn't work then reinstall.

Ill just reiterate what thisby said in more detail.

1. Open Steam
2. Go to your games tab
3. Right click Team Fortress 2 and click on properties
4. Go to the Local Files tab
5. Click on the third button called "Verify integrity of game cache"

If that doesn't work, reinstall your game
