I desire a group of individuals with whom I can play with consistently, thereby increasing our ability to own, pwn or otherwise PWNAGE other less organized adversaries. Organization and team-work is key to a Team Fortress 2 battle and I am weary with the lack of team-play indicative of being clanless on a public server.

Try playing on the servers and let people get to know you. People don't like to pick up random players (especially when they don't even know what class you play)

Julio, what Warning said is essentially right. Play in our servers, talk in our ventrilo, and re apply in the future.
