Pyre/Sniper team ?

With the new sniper upgrades the Sniper now has a lot of synergy when teaming up with a Pyro.

Jarate / flame thrower combo: Mini Crits on a whole group of burning enemies.

Huntsman / fire: flaming arows let the sniper do afterburn damage

Extinguisher / Jarate: now Snipers and Pyros can extingish flames

That's good for them. But it's the same with two -Flamethrowers- / two Jarate masters

I am not saying they need to be joined at the hip like medic/heavy teams.

I am saying thare are a lot of synerges/advantages there there whas little before.
Snipers are strong a range where Pyros excell at close combat, between the two of them
nobody would be safe if they watched each outhers backs.

I did this last night and the extra damage was definately worth the chaos it caused 

Also I found out that the Huntsman can light his arrows off of any fire incluning buring bodies.

I thought we where against the W+MB 1 stereo type ?

this would be more of a suport / defensive role.
like defendind a point or a cart from massed atacks.

The main synergy I've seen that is actually useful is when you've got a room full of people. Think Gravelpit B. Jarate and flamethrower can make an otherwise futile suicide a devastating one.

I think think Pyre would make a good teammate
