Quantums Little Config v2.0 (FPS+Movie)

This Config is the following version of "Quantums Little Config v1.0", which was a very huge success for me. It was downloaded until now more then 5000 times and the TF2 Config Articles has more than 20.000 visit. Because of this great feedback I tried to push my config to the next Level and I think I have done it. But suit yourself and get an opinion.

Nice   Great to see all the hard work you've put in to this be used so much by the TF2 community.  I use the old one on my laptop to keep a decent FPS, will check this one out when I can.

Im currently using your high fps 1.0 one, is it the same as this high fps?

I use the High FPS one on my laptop.  I was averaging about 36-40 fps idle & 20-25 during fights.  I was totally okay with that, as you get used to it.  (I played original TF on a pentium 133Mhz for like 5 years with integrated graphics, so 30 fps is stellar by comparison.)  I decided to install Quantum's High FPS script but tweaked the water settings so water still looks cool.  Now I get 55-70fps idle and 35-45 in fights.  It's a lot smoother and the graphics still look great, so I'm liking the improvement.  I highly recommend it!  Thanks a lot for all the hard work, Quantum.

My cousin is also using this script on his PC and his graphics improved greatly, along with his FPS.
