Resident Evil 4

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone here played RE4 on the Wii? And if you did, what did you think?

and if not.... WHY??

I have a wii, but don't have that game mostly because i could never play it around my kids and any other time i have I am to busy getting it on.

I havent played it on wii, because I dont have one. But I played an loved it on Gamecube, and still have the game, collective case, and encased collectible picture in my room now, even with the absence of a gamecube.

@Thisbymaster, I was lucky, I got to play this before I found TF2, now-a-dayz I'd have no chance playing it cos I'd be getting it on too. (at least I hope thats what you meant by that)

@WORDUP95, I played it first on the PS2, but its a whole different game, playing it on the Wii.
On the PS2 I did finish it but not on Pro, and never finished all the mercenary missions, however I did on the Wii... think it was the WiiMote, pointing and shooting at the screen was..... (insert awesome words here) 

I played it. I loved it.

Wow I have logged SO MANY HOURS ON THAT GAME! Ive beaten the main story with Leon and the side one with Ada Wong! Ive also beaten the mercenaries games with 5 stars on all and got the hand cannon! 

This game is 5 kinds of awesome, if you haven't played or already own the game, I suggest a purchase. Its more fun with the wii mote too.
Personally, I dub it best game on the wii, and its a port :S. (Can you tell I like zombie games? )

I played it for gamecube, and it was a blast. thats the main reason I got Dark Sector is cause they said it was "like" RE4. wrong.....its a rent.

You know, I really liked the experience on Wii better than GCN since the game wa simplified so much more with the pointing style of gameplay, but I think the game was borderline shovelware even though it was good.  Because really, they didn't update the graphics at all and there isn't much more to offer than the older version.  Sure, they added the extras that were in the PS2 version, but come on.  Here's my verdict. If you've never played the game before, definitely check it out if you think you are remotely interested in it.  If you've played any of the other versions, your money might be better spent elsewhere.
