And seriously, King Dedede a top character? He's so fat that when he gets a metal box he can't actually fly anymore. (I'm serious, it's hilarious)

DeDeDe is a high tier because he does very well in many non-MK matchups, can 0-death several characters, and can infinite chaingrab (though this has been banned in most tourneys). He's also one of the best camping characters in the game, and has an overall good recovery. If you can use his minions well enough, and can perfect the RAR to Bair, you can do at least decently as DDD.

And yeah, I know the tier list is old news, I just think it's funny they put MK and Snake into their own tiers. I'd like to see someone take Wolf higher, I think Wolf has some breakability in him, though MK (as always) is a tough matchup.

Lately I feel I've improved drastically, especially since adding Falco as one of my secondary characters. I still main Snake, and I still have a huge soft spot for Wario, DDD and Lucas. Experience is a really big factor, as you don't always know all of the ATs of every character until you either read them on forums or go to a tourney and play skilled players.

Poor poor Captain Falcon. They nerf his aerial knee, and he falls so far. I still main with him though; the knee still works and i love clearing a screen with a well placed Falcon Punch.
