Scout/Spy Looking for clan

I'm currently 14, and enjoy playing TF2 as a fun way to get away from things. I play 3 sports, and don't have the time to be always active, and I also have a social life. I would like a clan who is more laid back, social, and just fun to hang around. I'm currently the best at scout, with a close 2nd being spy. I've played the spy alot more than the scout, but I've been enjoying the scout more. I have a microphone, and any voice communication you need. I live in the U.S. and I'm looking for a good active clan. Swearing is optional, I swear sometimes but if needed to be restricted, I will do so. Hey, I am running the B.L.U Agency, we're a recreational clan who simply tries to gather spies into a clan, our main goal is to get as much fun out of espionage as possible. We basicly recruit anyone who can fullfill our standards, wich is:
- Be a Spy
And be in the blue team

We're very new at the moment, and just started recruiting. So if you want a laid back clan where expert spies discuss their trade and helps eachother out on different servers, then this is the clan for you.
