Okay I watched it. Besides the usual 'Practice at leading your shots', I have a couple things for you to work on:
1. Rocket management. I know it's hard, seeing as you have a insane tool of destruction

, but shooting four all at once is not the best thing for you. Get used to shooting two, and if they aren't dead or a medic, then switch to shotty and take them out.
2. Prioritize targets. I saw you a couple times going for the person that was being healed. No. Go for the medic, a.) because enemy medics dead are important to your team winning, and b.) your team will love you.
3. Do not rambo. I also saw you rocket jump over the trains on well with no support whatsoever, into a horde of 3 or more enemies. That is just asking to fail. Instead, either ask another solly, or a demo, to hop up with you, to provide support. And do no go completely over. Staying on the train is your best bet, as you can hop down when your health is low, so a medic can heal you.
4. Do not leave your medic. Especially when he has an uber. Or ever. Always stay near a medic, you are his protector so he doesn't die from scouts. I watched you within the first five minutes leave your medic to go RJ over the train, and then got caught with a solly/medic combo chasing after you, and you could've gotten the medic's uber, killed some of the other team, and maybe even taken out that solly/medic combo as well.
5. Work on making yourself use the shotty more. The shotty is a great weapon, use it more. Two rockets and then shotty unless you have an uber and don't have to worry about getting killed while reloading.
6. Do not suicide yourself by shooting a rocket at your feet if you can help it. AKA when I saw you shoot at that scout on the point and kill yourself, I thought 'Damn he coulda just shottied him, and still be alive to help his team.' I know it's just a pub, but if you want to get better at solly, you have to react a little better to those kind of situations, and find one that doesn't get you killed

I'm sure there are other things, but those are the major points I think you should work on
