Sniping different after march 5th update?

Hey,
I noticed after march 5th update that i cant headshot as consistently anymore. did the models' head hitbox change?

I've noticed i'm not getting as many registered hist where my taregt was not on their head. Soldiers seem easier to headshot now, but i think demos have gotten alot harder (or maybe I just suck)

It's hard to notice because it blew before too.

The wors though was when one time a shot a spy in the head, there was blood, and the Critical Hit!!! over his head, but it didn't register.

urgh, im even more terribad at sniper now. at least before i could dominate 32 man pubs as sniper

this really, really sucks..
i used to be grateful for those didn't-actually-hit-him-but-it-still-registered hits..
now it looks like they don't register when you DO HIT THEM..
it's only happened to me like twice now...
it appears you shot them RIGHT in the head, but nothing happened..
