Basically saying these reflects because if it can reflect rockets why not sentry rockets?
Alternative level 3 sentry attachments - So we have a rocket launcher, I think some good alternatives would be a flamethrower for close range sentrys, a rifle for long range sentrys and a cloaked sentry, which is hte same as a lvl 2 but it is invisable until the enemy is in a vulnerable position before firing and revealing its self. I would also like to see as a complete alternative sentry offensive sentrys which are lvl 1's which build 30% quicker and do slightly more damage then a normal lvl 1 and an offensive engy can construct 2 or 3.
Spy Cloaking - The cloak goes down very slowly while standing still, I know its been suggested before but I like the idea.
Disguise Fix - The disguises atm are pointless other then for sentry cover, they should make you exactly like the person your disguising as, it should warn you if there is none of the class on there team, you should have random health which can be healed. You can change what gun your disguise has, and also fake fire and stuff.
Extinguish Teammates (OVERPOWERED ALOT) - You can airblast teamates to remove the fire from them instantly. This is very overpowered however because you could effectively stop a teammate from dieing from a pyro who managed to get close to them and blow the pyro away at the same time.
Baseball Kill and Icon (UNSURE PLEASE CONFIRM) - Because the scout can hit stickys back with his bat, does this kill the enemy demoman 1 hit or have no effect other than knocking a sticky back? If it doesent I think it should be an instakill and also have its own icon.
I'll probably add more, but for now thats it.

Airblast Jump: No. Anything that makes the pyro even more mobile than he already is would be overpowered. He's a close-range fighter for a reason: flames are powerful. Giving him a tool to get close range even quicker or at an unexpected angle is overpowered.
Reflectable Syringes: I don't have a problem with this. However, it doesn't seem very useful since you should be trying to kill the medic instead of humiliating him.
Reflectable Sentry Rockets: Yeah it's already possible. It takes about half of a level 3's HP away. I've never tried reflecting them at another enemy though. So i'm not sure what the icon would be.
Alternate attachments: Flamethrower is ok. Rifle is overpowered. Invisibility is ok only if the sentry gives off a louder sound and is detactable somehow... The spy has to wait about 3 seconds after deactivating cloak to attack an enemy for a reason, after all. Offensive sentry sounds good, but the ability to make multiples is overpowered. Faster build time and more damage is a fair enough trade-off for not being upgradeable.
Spy cloaking: No, not without a drawback. Doing this would allow a Spy to cross enemy lines and hide in a corner for an extended period of time without the chance of being detected. He would be able to recon all enemy positions to his teammates and wait for an enemy rush all while safely cloaked in a hiding spot of his choosing. I realize Spy is pretty broken right now, but this would be OP without some kind of drawback.
Disguise fix: Disguises aren't meant to be fool-proof. They're supposed to be unreliable. Telling the player that there is none of a certain class on the other team makes no sense... Just cloak and walk out for a second to have a look at what the other team is comprised of. If they were to change either the fixed half-full health meter or the ability to only display primary weapons, they would only fix one and not the other. Good spies are hard to detect as it is because they don't use disguises except for between cloaking and killing. If given both of these advantages, even bad spies would be difficult to find.
Extinguish teammates: Out of flavor for the pyro. If you had the ability to airblast flames off of a teammate and ONTO AN ENEMY thats more in-flavor... but even that wouldn't be very practical.
Baseball Kill: Umm.. sure. I have no problem with this, since no good scout would ever have his bat out at medium range against a demoman anyways...
