Just wondering how many of you actually pay your Income taxes.  Do some research.  You do not legally have to pay income tax.. Not one cent.

Some infoz: http://www.givemeliberty.org/

Cheers

Yeah, I've know about this for a while but I just don't have the guts to do it.

I'd feel the same way man... But it would enrage me sooo much to pay them though.. Think about it.. The IRS has no more legal right to collect money from you than lets say, your neighbor.. Or some random guy knocking on your door and demanding money.. Its fucking absurd..

I propose to all of the people in this thread inclined to take any of the above seriously that they conduct some basic research in a basic resource such as wikipedia.  For the sake of a concise argument, wikipedia states that all of the arguments in the above video have been universally rejected by courts, and not just the Supreme Court either.  This does not mean that tax reform is impossible, just that neither court action or legislative action has invalidated the income tax.  It is notable that all of the reasons stated in the video have been designated as "frivolous" by various courts and are subject to the $5000 punitive fine.

I advise everyone to file their forms and pursue legislative methods of reforming income tax.

EDIT:  I would like to point out that I am personally and morally against the income tax (I am a libertarian), but intend to respect the current law (and the court's current view of income tax) and take action through legal means rather than questionably moral but (so far) illegal ones.

And this is why the judiciary branch is more powerful than either the legislature or the executive branch. There truly is no law, but there IS legal precedents, which due to the concepts of judicial activism is viewed just as potently as a law, and can only be overthrown if another set of judges literally want to commit career suicide.

I really REALLY want to make clear that the political powers in America are the Judicial system and the tax system, and not the ones you are premitted to vote for.

These two systems can "create" laws without ever having to legislate them, I'll make a fine example:

I don't care what your personal opinion is about prayer in schools, and my opinions on the subject are ancillary to the fact that it proves a perfect example of this political scheme. So here goes.

The concept of separation of church and state is tatooed in our minds but is simply a phrase written in a personal letter my Thomas Jefferson. State rights (In the bill of rights) dictate that anything not discussed by the federal government and its constitution falls onto the shoulders of the state. In essence the states should be more powerful than the federal government. There is nothing wrong therefore legally for the state of Utah to state that the official religion of their state is Mormonism, or for California to say theirs is Tao (or whatever).

Yet why have you never heard this? All schools take tax deductions from the federal government. Now what was once a state issue has become connected in some distant way to the federal government, forcing school systems to follow federal law instead of state law in order to get their tax exemptions. Therefore our sense of "separation from church and state" kicks in and the government can bully out the state rights.

And of course they can't afford to live without those tax exemptions because, since all money is literally printed at a deficit and therefore means next to nothing, The federal system can make the tax deduction system a necessity for the existence of these facilities.

YET EVEN THOUGH ALL OF THAT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL: The fact that the supreme court ruled on it cements the IRS' power indefinetly.

Taxes are no longer about wealth distribution, they are about power and idea control.

Sorry if this was a TLDR.

"In September, multiple tax-evasion charges were filed against George "Nick" Jesson, a former California gubernatorial candidate and founding member of the We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education"

http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?sid=115

"As a result, Schulz organized an August convention of 42 tax "researchers" in Las Vegas to talk strategy on outsmarting the IRS. He also didn't pass up the chance to make some money from his role in what he pictured as the coming historic confrontation.

On his Web site (www.GiveMeLiberty.org), Schulz pre-sold videos and WebCast Internet broadcasts of the upcoming meeting. Schulz's most expensive "Patriot Package," offered to the public for $30, includes a specially "numbered 'Freedom Certificate' personally signed by Bob Schulz.'" "

Ya it's pretty much a huge sham/fraud the "Tax Protester Movement" clings to.

There is even the "American Liberty currency" created by one Bernard von NotHaus who is now currently a part of the "Free Marijuana Church of Honolulu" after being raided in 2007 by US Federal Agents who seized, among other things, "two tons of copper coins featuring Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul".

NotHaus could have been charged with being in violation of federal laws prohibiting the private manufacturing of currency although he was not criminally charged.

For those wondering: The SPLC is a nonprofit organization who tracks and prosecutes Hate groups, Anti-Government groups, and Radical Right/Left wing groups.
