Hello i have just started creating maps (last week) and I am not too good yet but i can make basic map,
With spawroom doors etc but when i walk on a specific spot i got an error and my TF2 closes and i am back in hammer.
I don't know whats caused it and i have not any custom models/textures. This is driving me crazy since this is my third map and its looking really good (but small). Please someone help me i can provide screen shot of the error if its necessary.

is this after the game loads up and you are in the map moving around?

Yes oofy, thats right and no cold i havn't but my tf always launch before i have checked :/

It says

"exception unkown software exeption (0xc0000096) arose in the program to adress 0x00010102.

And the game shuts down and i am back to hammer.

Start your computer in safe mode (with networking) and see if it will run.
If the error doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that it's a driver or running application (background or service) causing this. Use msconfig or autoruns (from sysinternals) to disable all non-Microsoft startup items and services, and reboot. See if the problem recurs then - if not, use trial and error to see which service or startup application causes the issue when re-enabled. If you've got all non-Microsoft services and startup items disabled and the issue still occurs, then it's a driver or Data Execution Prevention causing the error.
