Sv_cheat for unlimited health?

Is there some sort of code I can put in the console when I'm in my own server which would prevent me from dying? 

Even with that, would there be a code that would give me unlimited ammo?  I wanted to practice a bit with the soldier on my own server and figured it would be easiest if I had unlimited ammo and unlimited health.

Not sure what you are practicing but that might not be the best Idea... It's good to know your limits, as to when your health is too low to attempt a rocketjump, or when a rocketjump may be ok.. but the fall will end up killing you.  I don't know just suggestions.

I can't say I'm a wonderwall at it... but I just do it when I play as soldier.. I'm getting pretty decent..but not great.  I've botched many jumps by trying to do them super fast and either go way horizontal and not very high vertiacally which usually throws me into a wall.. or I'll not fly the way i intened when going vertical (say to get on the roof of B in gravel pit).  My main fail lately has been come out to the center in turbine and not be completely out from under the battlement catwalks and rocketjump straight up into them...

ya, it takes some practice to get used to doing it, but once you know exactly where to aim and when to fire, then all you have to do is do the rocket jump pretty much that same way everytime you want to go a certain direction, and you'll get better at it.
