Swinging

Well i have this aiming habit ive had ever since i first started tf2. Does anyone else swing while shooting, or am i just screwed?

eg. sniping in 2fort, i aim at the same level of my targets head and swing it and shoot at around the area where his head is, usually is an instant headshot. Sometimes it can work to my advantage (glitch), i see the bullet hit the wall a short way away from him but it still registers as a headshot even though it didnt hit him.

how do you know it registers as a headshot?  Do you mean that it crits?

I do this myself, but only when I'm close to the enemy. I think that it isn't really you singing by twitch but more that you're subconsiously thinking about where they are moving and adjusting yourself to it.
