Scout: Starts a gang, everybody ignores him, finally gets recognized when he murders a leader of a major gang, along with those who came to kill him for it.

Soldier: Psych-Ward, after running around the commercial district banging himself with a shovel, and getting "help" from the Medic afterwards.

Pyro: Hired by an unknown organization as an Intimidator and Exterminator. Paid in Corn Dogs.

Demoman: Drunken Crazed Scotsman by Day, Insane Alchoholic Cyclops by Night.

Heavy: Extremely successful as the #1 Professional Fighter in the World.

Engineer: World Famous Inventor, discovered how to collect the sun's energy at 100% efficiency and then use it to power a completely automated robot which would then cook up some truly crappy chilli.

Sniper: Master Bounty Hunter and Assassin.

Medic: Disappeared into the darker parts of society, now known as the man to go to for biological "eenhaundzerrz".

Spy: NO FILE FOR SUBJECT ON RECORD.

Scout: Vince the Shamwow Guy.

Soldier: He didn't stop fighting.

Pyro: Started a rather successful sushi restaurant.

Demoman: Went into the demolition business.

Heavy: Wrote a book on how to communicate and help the insane. He did work with the soldier and pyro after all.

Engineer: Created a videogame based off of his time employed by RED/BLU.

Sniper: Now is the host of a very popular show, Surviving the Outback, where he gets left in the middle of nowhere and must survive with nothing but his Sniper, his SMG and his Kukri.

Medic: Went into private practice and is the most successful doctor ever. Seriously, that gun completely replaces all modern medicine.

Spy: Currently pretending to be many different people. One of them definitely isn't the person typing this right now. That would be crazy.
