TF2 Classes that benefit a different Class?

I was playing as a Medic yesterday and I noticed that my time spent playing Soldier has helped me to be a better Medic, mainly as it pertains to dodging enemy fire, using both strafing and jumping as a technique, but also by constantly looking around as well. While this may be second nature to many, or even a question of "why weren't you already been doing that," but for some reason it just stood out to me yesterday that when I'm playing Medic I move around like I do as a Soldier which has helped me to stay alive longer. It's also helped me to keep the person I'm healing alive longer as I'm more aware of any nearby danger and can relay that info to them as well.

There are some classes, such as Spy and Pyro, in which I can see definite similarities as both are more effective when they sneak around the enemy and attack from behind. So learning how to be stealthy as one of these two Classes is a benefit when you're playing as the other Class.

What other Classes have you seen that have techniques and skills that are necessary to that class but are a surprising benefit to you when playing as another Class?

Sniper and Scout because of their usage of twitch reflexes.

amazingly, spending time as a medic has helped me in my sniping. OMG! your thinking. "is he insane!" Partly yes, but thats a different story. The medic makes me rather twitchy, escpecially when im running back from a pyro on fire with only 20hp left and then i manage to kill him and find a health pack. The twitchiness that i play that with helps me headshot people when it comes to sniper.... Plz feel free to disagree and throw bibles at me

Heavy and medic, because both classes need to have excellent knowledge of the battlefield, and both need to be able to predict the combat situation a bit further. Actually, playing heavy has helped me with all classes due to the polishing of those two really important skills.

I learned how to play spy from playing lots of engineer and pyro.
