Our time with Clutchkill has ended as they have gone out of business (feeling that economic downturn yet?).
On behalf of TF2F I would like to thank them for providing TF2F with over a years worth of hosting (7 TF2 servers).
I'm sure tons of people have things they would like to say, esp regarding the suddenness of CK's closure and perhaps their recent performance. Instead I propose that we put this behind us and concentrate our energy on finding a new sponsor for TF2F. I ask that comments to this thread be about finding a new sponsor and not about our previous one.
Who are we?TF2F is a relatively large Team Fortress 2 community, having existed for over a year and a half with over 10,000 registered users on our forum. As a community we aim to provide a complete experience, including forums, game servers, ventrillo as well as a private clan. While the community is open to anyone, TF2F has a particular interest in competitive play as opposed to pub play. As such players will often find that TF2F servers are quite difficult and most will note that continued play on them helps them train their skill in a way that other servers don't. Recently we introduced 8v8 style pubs into our server line up and found them to be extremely popular. We have had many cevo-p level players join us on these pubs after their introduction.
TF2F's Private clan is known as the Squigs and we often wear {TF2F} or some variant in our name. Currently the private clan is just shy of 100 members.
TF2F often runs pickup games where we invite people to organize teams for just one or two games. We typically do these sorts of events nightly, and on the weekends about twice per day.
What we need?TF2F enjoys to pub when we arent playing seriously, but we also like to play seriously a lot.
At a minimum, a sponsor needs to be able to provide two 16 slot pub servers, and two 20 slot private servers for a total of 76 slots across 4 servers.
This ensures use of two extremely popular 8v8 servers, as well as two 10v10 private servers which we use for about 4 hours each per day.
We also need a ventrillo server capable of handling at a minimum 60 users at once, but ideal is 75.
Servers really need to be centrally located in the United States. Preferably not texas because its so south.
This is really the minimum.
What we want.A Dedicated server capable of running 5+ TF2 servers would be optimum. We find ourselves changing a lot, and it makes it easier on us and our provider if we have complete control over our box.
As TF2F's server OP I believe we can provide the best experience for our players if we have full control over one box.

What do you get?You get a ton of advertising space.
On just the website, which has a high quantity of daily traffic, we have space for:
1 160px × 600px banner image on the right side under the shoutbox
1 176px × 53px banner above the shoutbox.
The shoutbox is one of our most used features on the site so ads should be highly visible to users.
You also get advertising on our game servers.
If you become our sponsor we will put your URL in our TF2 game server hostnames, so that people will see your URL whenever they join our servers.
Furthermore, we will place text advertisements in game that will appear at least once per map.
We can also provide referrals. If you provide us with game servers, we will have no issue referring visitors of our site to you whenever possible. TF2F is a breeding ground for new clans, and new clans are always looking for private servers where their clan can practice. If you provide high quality servers, our players will recognize this and seek you out because of us.
