Hey, I organize sometimes.

This is good info that everyone should know. I'd also request that you add to it that players need a mic to communicate with other players or they may not be picked for other players who have a mic.

Yes, what GMan said.

We often have spectators in our PUGs, but they're usually PUG regulars. I usually kick a spectator if I don't know who it is.

SourceTV is almost always on for PUGs, just do this in console to spec our stuff

THIS should be your first option. We run SourceTV for your convenience and ours.

Or, if you MUST spectate on the server then please please please, DO NOT join a team's vent channel. Also, ask before you join the server if it's ok to join and spec. You can do that thru steam or before the match starts.

It is considered very rude to join a locked server with a match in progress.
