I will not be giving access to all {} members considering it's not necessary unless you are positive that you will participate in TWL matches. I am 100% going to play in the TWL every chance i get. The only thing that will hold my level of contribution back, is my level of experience. I have yet to play in any official matches, so hopefully I can have my fill until it's time to step aside and let someone else have the fun.
