TF2F Servers now Provided by Apoplexy Industries in partnership with Reality Project

This is the good news we have been waiting for.
Our friends at Reality Project, missing the goodness that was TF2F, are now sponsoring TF2F's servers, hosted by Apoplexy Industries.
In plain English, AI is hosting, while :RP: is footing the bill.

What we get:
- Two 16 slot public servers
- Two 20 slot private servers

Both run at 66 ticks and 512frames per second and are hosted by AI. These are servers from the best host possible in TF2. So far the best support and performance I've seen yet in a game server provider.
The servers are located in Chicago, and I ping 20-30 from Toronto.

What they get:
- AI gets their name in various places on the servers
- Some :RP: members get admin on our pubs

These two servers will likely only run for the next two weeks. Performance is not what we expect.

Settings are essentially the same as before. If you had rcon or sourcemod to anything, you still do.
Admins will have more detailed info in the Community Helpers Forum.
Map uploaders that aren't admins can talk to me about getting access for uploading maps, but this is on a needs basis.

Should post on gotfrag of the news and new server info, also i'd say make the server list more visible on the website and update it too.  People need to know that the servers are back with new ip addresses.
