TF2F and gamer gala

I am thinking about signing TF2F 360 up on gamer gala..  We are already on liveladders, but this way, we could have potentially 2 squads that would compete in different ladders and be able to practice against each other..  We are still going to need a couple of players, so right now i'm just looking for feedback from some of you guys to see if this is something you want to do or not..

Might wanna throw in this is 360 version to avoid confusion....

I realized that after I posted.. LOL.. I can't change the post title, but it's in the 360 forum and I edited my post to specifically say TF2F 360..  I think if I put 360 in this post enough times, people will get it...  360

Wait, so the community clan, correct?  So the ARC division will stick to Live Ladders, while our community clan tears it up on gala?  That could work, and hopefully really start connecting players here on TF2F.

Exactly.. Arc competes on liveladders, and the community will compete on gala.. I haven't nailed down any specifics yet, as we are still short on players, but I think it would be a good move..

This seems like a very good idea Larry.  It allows for competitive play from both divisions without direct rivalry between the two.  I'd wager the 360 community clan would enjoy the extra challenge and organization, and it's a good way to carve TF2F's place in the 360 community.  Have you though of the policies with ARC members on Gamergala?  I guess it's technically not dual-clanning, and I'd be glad to help if the current members are eager to get started.  There's no rule against organizing scrimmages before the ladder officially starts.  I love me some competitive play. 

Before we go ahead with this, I want to make sure that the community understands that they can still just play for fun if they want, this is a community clan, and shouldn't be fixated on skill and competition.  Of course, they are still welcome to toss their hat in the ring, but there should be no obligation, and of course support from the ARC divison should they go for it.

Also, we would not be allowed to sub or anything, correct? (We as in ARC)

Yeah, of course no one has to compete in ladders..  Those that want to participate will be allowed to participate.  Since we are competing on different ladders, I don't see a problem with TF2F drawing subs from TF2F ARC, or vice versa..

I'd be up for participating in this.
