Ok after reading through many forums with people trying to find fixes for TF2 causing bsod and seeing the replys I thought i may aswell post my own.. So here it goes.
I think the bsod that tf2 creats is caused by your graphics card and mainly ATI graphics cards.
I have an ATI RADEON X300 graphics card and after awhile it began to make my pc bsod and after awhile i found the following fixes:
= put in tf2's launch options "-dxlevel 81"
= Update your graphics card
= And so on...
But the best fix I found for this error is to use a program called "AntiCrash", this program prevents almost all bsod's and crashes, the only problem is that you have to pay for it or find a serial on the internet.

Common fix is to go to:
right click My Computer> Properties> Advanced> Under Performance click settings> Advanced> Got to Virtual Memory and click change> Custom Size> and put in half the amount of MB's available (You can put in what ever you want) then restart.

If there is any others just post them... I have had all these errors and have fixed all of them, so I know how it feels to have tf2 having errors
