TF2 on PS3.....cheats?

I'm not looking for cheats.  I am wondering if there are cheats out there that people are using.  There have been a few times as Pyro that I've set someone on fire and they 'extinguish' almost instantly.  Other times, I'll shoot someone dead on a few times and nothing =( while they only have to take one shot at me.  Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forums Kris, gonna give you (and everyone) a bit of advice, talking about cheats can be a sensitive issue. Just make sure you don't post instructions about cheats or anything (yes this would seem like common knowledge, but no, someone always posts a video with the quotation "didn't do this but want info about it")
Anyway, I have heard that there are cheats on the consoles and quite a few of them are glitches that haven't been fixed yet.

Thanks!  I figured there were cheats, but I thought I'd read somewhere they Valve worked some kinda anti-cheat magic.  Maybe I'm losing it =)  That's quite possible.  IMO, cheats take the fun out of the game.

I haven't run into any cheats on Xbox TF2. Glitches and exploits, yes, but no cheats. I'm not sure about the PS3, but usually it can be rationally explained.

There are only cheats if you can get to the developer console, and even then its just noclip and giving yourself ammo/medkits in a non-multiplayer enviroment. But consoles cant access the developer console

Okay, let's get this straight. I've played TF2 on PS3 for over 100 hours so I should know that there are no such thing as cheats for console versions! But, all exploits are still availble, which leads to skywalking and tele-trapping. As for the pyro fire, anybody that's another pyro or is being healed by a medic will be de-flamed almost instantly. But for now there are no cheats.

I hope there are no cheats for the PS3?  cos we have no option on the PS3 servers to kick off any cheats, unlike PC players.

CHEATS... I hope they all DROP DEAD

What about counterskywalking? When one team uses glitches do you glitch back? If someone is skywalking then I usually go up after them.

there are cheats i did 6 backstabs on one player and he didnt die then just killed me i planted sticky bombs as demo nothin put him on fire nothin so some people use cheats im guessin
