Candy Coroner: Collect some amount(or a number of different types) of candy in one life. Or maybe "Hard to Kill" again, but just for this weekend.
Scared Stiff: Get scared by that Zepheniah Mann on Harvest, or if he's triggerable, get him summoned to scare someone.
Ghastly Gibus Grab: Dominate someone wearing that awesome-looking hat.
Costume Contest: Have a bunch of spies disguised at once? Or, if that mask is unlockable, wear it as a spy.
Attack o’ Lantern: Kill someone with the explosive pumpkin bomb.

Well this is pretty stupid, alot of wasted time and effort that coulda gone to a class update.  If it didnt take alot of time then that pretty much negates the classless update, that was just hats and maps as well.  They need to get off their ass and release something decent,  about half a year and they havent done crap?  I was really hoping for all the classes to have an update before 2011.

Candy Coroner
Collect 20 Halloween pumpkins from dead players to unlock a hat.

Ghastly Gibus Grab
Dominate a player wearing the Ghastly Gibus to earn your own.

Scared Stiff
Kill a player scared by the ghost haunting KOTH Harvest.

Attack O' Lantern
Cause the deaths of 5 players by exploding nearby pumpkin bombs.

Costume Contest
Kill a Spy disguised as your current class.
