Teleport Order

Whenever I see it happen it makes me cringe: a heavy walks out of the spawn just in time to see a scout using a teleporter. Teams are all about communication, and I think it'd be nice if everyone was on the same page. There should be some sort of system to tell who gets the teleporter and who doesn't. Here's my solution:

Order each of the nine classes in a list, with heavy on top, scout on bottom. When going for a teleporter, if anyone around you is higher on the list, you let them go. This means that people low on the list should probably just walk since they will keep getting trumped. of course, this is just a guideline. If a sentry is about to go down, the engineer should by all means take the teleporter regardless of how many heavies just respawned. If the team is in desperate need of a medic, he should definitely go ahead of others.
Here's my suggested list:

Heavy
Soldier
Demoman
Pyro
Medic
Engineer
Sniper
Spy
Scout

What do you think of the list order? what do you think of the list system?

I really only see engineer toping the list if it's the engineers teleporter.  One has to be almost on a revenge rampage to want to use a teleporter as a scout.

Engineer (Engineer's teleporter)
Heavy
Engineer (To make more guns to protect teleporter.. or whatever)
Soldier
Demoman
Medic
Spy
Pyro
Sniper
Scout

Let's face it, alot of the scouts who use those teleporters are usually new players.  That's hard to communicate at the beginning.

fixed

Seriously though...scouts taking teleporters should be b*tch slapped.  Medics should usually get priority no matter what unless your entire team is dead

I didn't realize how quickly a sentry can be taken down. engineer should definitely top the list. I put medic relatively low on the list because he can pump people up while he runs into battle, while normal troops have to be in battle to be effective.
