I really like playing TF2 with my kids on my PS3 but I have an issue with people using the teleportors to send them off into the open sky or other off the screen places. If I am on a team and they do this I will automatically change to the other team or quit the game completely. I try to teach my kids fairplay and we play this game together so I tell them these people must be getting owned playing fair, that is why they need to cheat. Is this a glitch in the game or is it suppose to be accepted as a fair way of playing Is there certain location they can do this from so I can go blow up their entrances? I also see sometimes people can build teleportors or sentrys in thiers bases, also is that a glitch or cheat? Any info on this would be appreciated

Right. I understand the premise of what you're trying to do, but your current solutions are, frankly, the best courses of action. It's a HUGE glitch, and because Valve doesn't seem to care about the console versions, or EA are just too stuck-up, this kind of thing hasn't been fixed like it has on the PC.

One thing to do is to change to the other team, and wreak havoc with their stuff, like going Spy and sapping it, or something. If either you don't want to change, or flat-out can't, then the best thing to do then is just to avoid them once you know they're trouble.

Every building made by an Engineer will have the title: "[Building here] built by [Engineer name here]". So look at the name associated with the teleporter, and if it leads you somewhere idiotic, then just avoid it altogether. They only transport you if you sit still on them for a second or two, so you can easily run through them.

Hope I helped, and have good fun with TF2.
