They do this on the local alternative station here in Chicago.  (Q101)  Here is how it works.  The person in front of you links to a youtube clip of a song.  The next person provides another link where the first letter of the name of their song is the last letter of the one before it.  I'll start.

My All Time Favourite Band (R.I.P) - Poster Boy - By Tugboat Annie

So it is the letter "y" to the next person.
