Tips for improving aim?

I know, I know. Practice. I know. But sans practice, is there anything that I can do to improve my aim either faster or more effectively? For all of you good scouts out there, at what point (and as a result of what) did you get "good" aim? Is there any method of practicing that you guys found especially helpful?

Thanks for any advice guys.

Good mouse,Medium-Low sens and mouse acceleration off and playing a shit load of sniper before deciding to pick up scout helped.

So I'm the only one who's aim got better after raising it? I'd previously had it really low, but after raising it really high I can now get shots I wouldn't have got before.

Extremely low sens, I even play Demo with 2 sens on 1200DPI

Basically, you want to turn your sensitivity low as hell. I'd recommend 1.5 @ 800 DPI. That's 1.0 at 1200 DPI. You will need a big mouse pad. You might want to go even lower. 

@ people above me, what sens. do you guys use for scout/sniper?
