Update steam group to make it clear steam group membership <> {TF2F} membership

I've seen lots of people come in here with the impression that just because they're members of the TF2F steam group, they're somehow members of the community clan and can use the tags, or add them to their forum profile.

Given how common this misconception is, I think the steam group page should be updated to make this clearer...

Yeah, I've seen it a lot too, and this shouldn't be too hard to fix either and would save others from having to explain the difference between the two.

This keeps happening! I've seen it 3 times in the last week. It can't be hard to clear up the confusion!
