What happened to the fortcast?

I guess it's time to give everyone an update on the state of the show.  Sadly, I must report that at this time "The Fortcast" as it existed is no more.   We had made an attempt to revive the show a few months back with a new team of hosts and producer, but due to some serious scheduling issues (and a myriad of technical problems) the revival stalled.   At this moment, I've no plans to continue on with the show.   If there are interested members of the community that would wish to pick up the mantel of "The Fortcast" and run with it, I would certainly encourage it.   I would just be sure to run your plans for continueing the show past RBR or one of the site admins first.

I do want to take a moment to thank all of the people who contributed to the show during it's brief existence.   Especially Big Lou, Lancer, Cakes, Majin, RBR, Milky, Lady Killer, Bandit and Voss.   Also, thank you to the community for your support of the show.  Your very warm reception of our efforts certainly made the endevour rewarding for myself.

So while it is with regret that I have to annouce the ending of "The Fortcast" in it's first incarnation I do want to take the time to mention that while that show may be ending, the "pod casting bug" does still linger within me, and after the crazy times of the holidays subside expect to see a new podcasting project rear it's head from Lady Killer and myself as well as a few other members of the community.

We'll provide you folks with more details as we flesh out our concept, and hope that we can call on the wonderful community here for support of our newer efforts.

That's odd, they're there for me. Mind you, I haven't tried to download them. Those links should work for now though.

Edit: Nvm. The fortcast channel is there it's just that there aren't any videos.

I've got space I can give you guys for the old shows, and space for a new TF2 related one if wanted...

I just listened to all the Fortcasts as they were before my time. Good stuff, you guys should consider doing it again from time to time. Especially if you spoke of the upcoming class updates, interesting new custom maps, the way competitive play is turning, and what Cevo-p teams of today are looking like, the future of TF2 and stuff.

Think you guys should consider it. Might have a large turnout

I'd definitely be interested in being a part of it.
