The movie trailer is interesting and features HL2 sound effects.

Anyone had any luck with the text box at the bottom of the page? (It appears when you click the bottom of the circle.)

No matter what I type it says I didn't use the magic word.

ok, so if you hover your mouse over the lower portion of the circle, it displays some numbers and letters that flash by very quickly. the sequence is

0.0.F.F.C.F
F.F.0.0.D.0
8.E.0.1.F.F

which looks like hex to me. but when i use the translator to see what it means, all it get is random symbols:

If you took the time to read the disclaimer the guy says that he used HL2 sound effect because he had no other means of recreating them.

I saw this video on Wimp a couple of months back and didn't think much of it. It's a really cool video but not some kind of viral marketing, just an independent project.

actually, now i'm much more intrigued - maybe at the end of the day, if we follow this enough, it won't end in something saying "Drink your ovaltine."
