Which video recorder is good?

Had a quick question. What is a good video recorder it has to be free. Btw I know fraps already but fraps just makes me lag so bad.

The best thing to use for recording if you want free, high quality video without lowering your framerate while playing, use the built in source recording tools. It's more complicated than just downloading a separate recording program, though.

If you want a good video recorder then just download xfire. It is free and easy to record videos wit, but if you have any questions on how to then ill tell you

use the ingame command "startmovie".  its better than fraps.
